Sanctuary

The Sanctuary located at Vance Mountain in  Murphy NC is having a huge sale the 21 and 22 of October.  The Sanctuary is a beautiful subdivision that has long-range views and where you can see up to three different states (Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina).  Especially now in October you can see the change of the leaves to their vibrant colors as they blanket the mountain landscape.

The Sanctuary has paved roads and has a state approved water system.  There is a gated entrance and it’s the only place in Cherokee County that consistently has sales of $200,000 or more.

Fall In The Mountains

Searching for a place to visit during the fall to see the changing of the leaves.  Blue Ridge Parkway is a wonderful place that is sure to take your breath away!!

Blue Ridge Parkway:  Also named “Americas Favorite Drive”.

The Blue Ridge Parkway is designed for a slow-paced drive through the mountains.  The fall is the best time to come through because that is when the leaves are changing from greens to the vibrant colors of orange, yellow, and red.  These colors are blazing up the mountain sides and guaranteed to grab your attention.
